MEET THE BARBERS

Gil came to Bootlegged from LA. He has over a decade in the industry and is one of our master barbers. Gil is a perfectionist is all that he does. GIl is a quiet guy but don't get him started talking about Jeeps or you will never get out of his chair. Gil is a devoted family man and extremely dedicated to traditional barbering.

Hobbies are merry such things like movies, video games, and playing music is another. I come from Paul Mitchell hair school, I am married for six years with a son and daughter. My goal is to help everyone around me feel better, myself, my co-workers and my clients in my chair. Love to cut hair and meet new people in my chair! Always down to have a good time and shoot the breeze!

Been a licensed barber for a little over a year, been cutting hair since 2019, I'm from AZ and CO, been in UT for 5 years, and I enjoy playing Dance Dance Revolution and playing Pickleball in my free time.

Maegan has always been passionate about doing hair. She began barbering at a young age and decided to pursue it as a career when she became licensed in 2017. She's a perfectionist and works hard to give those she's serving a positive experience and a stylish, fresh look they'll feel confident in. She has won multiple hair awards and finds joy in bringing others happiness through volunteer barbering work in the local community as well. When she's not at Bootlegged, you can catch her exploring the great outdoors, taking photos, or making art.

Becca has been barbering since 2020 and has quickly fallen in love with it. She loves her clients and the art of barbering. She moved to Utah from Hawaii a few years ago and has quickly fallen in love with all things outdoors and anything that includes the snow and the mountains. When she’s not barbering, she is probably snowboarding or camping!

I've been a barber for 4 years. I graduated from Collectiv Academy Hairdressing School. I absolutely love cutting hair; it has always been my dream career since I was a child. Now I'm here living it and growing every day. I love that there is always something new to learn. Hair is art!

Meet Joseph Childs, Bootlegged’s Lead Barber with 10 years of experience. Known for his unique style, Joseph excels in using various razors and texture techniques, a skill he refined through classes in Los Angeles and New York. He loves creating standout looks, especially curly coifs and bold mullets. Committed to client satisfaction, Joseph always asks for feedback to perfect each cut. Clients can expect a clean, meticulous haircut every time.
